Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance on descaler.momomo.mom. Some content may not yet fully conform; we are working to address known issues.
Accessibility Features
- Semantic HTML with proper landmark roles and headings;
- Keyboard navigation support for primary navigation, forms, and interactive elements;
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements;
- Skip-to-content link at the top of every page;
- Color contrast targeted to meet WCAG AA minimums for body text;
- Alternative text on meaningful images;
- Form labels associated with their inputs;
- Responsive layout that supports browser zoom up to 200%.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
We test against current versions of widely used screen readers and browsers, including:
- NVDA with Firefox and Chrome on Windows;
- VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS;
- TalkBack with Chrome on Android.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not be fully accessible. Known limitations include certain third-party embedded content that we do not control. We are actively working with vendors to resolve these issues.
