These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of descaler.momomo.mom (the “Site”), operated by Descaler Shop LLC (“Descaler Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Prices are listed in CAD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total amount. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are described on our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Most unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Descaler Shop LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
