This Shipping Policy describes how Descaler Shop LLC processes and ships orders placed on descaler.momomo.mom.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and to Canada. We do not currently ship to other international destinations. For APO/FPO addresses, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors may extend transit times.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or repeated delivery failures may be subject to a re-shipping fee or refunded less original outbound shipping cost.
7. Taxes and Duties
Orders shipped within the United States may be subject to state and local sales tax based on the destination address. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST/HST, customs duties, and brokerage fees collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
